Modutherm supplied 372 MTA Plus heat interface units to Dolphin Square, one of London's most iconic residential developments in Pimlico. The project was delivered in collaboration with LJJ Ltd.

Built in 1936, Dolphin Square is a prestigious Grade II listed building and one of the largest mansion blocks in Europe. The development required a modern, efficient heat network solution that could serve hundreds of apartments while meeting contemporary energy efficiency standards and maintaining the building's historic character.
