  • 5 year heat exchanger warranty subject to Terms & Conditions.
  • 2 years parts & labour warranty subject to boiler being commissioned by Modutherm.
  • Annual service after 12 months carried out by Modutherm's service engineers.

Genesis Wall Mounted Boiler Warranty

The Genesis wall mounted range of boilers come with a 5 year heat exchanger warranty and if defective, will be replaced free of charge, subject to the following conditions:

Terms & Conditions

  • System water chemically cleaned before installation

  • Boiler must have been commissioned within 3 months following delivery by Modutherm's trained service engineers

  • Warranty will commence following commissioning

  • Every 12 months following commissioning, the boiler must be serviced by Modutherm's service team. If this is not carried out, the warranty will lapse.

  • Water treatment quality levels must be maintained throughout the life of the boiler

Genesis Floor Standing Boiler Warranty

The Genesis floor standing range of boilers come with a 10 year heat exchanger warranty and if defective, will be replaced free of charge, subject to the following conditions:

Rodi Boiler Warranty

The Rodi pressure jet range of boilers come with a 5 year boiler body warranty and if defective, will be replaced free of charge, subject to the following conditions:
